Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within [1 - 3] business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Delivery Estimates for the United Kingdom

To offer you the best value and unique designs, our products are dispatched directly from our international fulfilment centres (including overseas partners).

We offer [Free / Standard] Shipping on all UK orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: [5 - 10] business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Total Time to Delivery: Processing Time ([1 - 3] days) + Shipping Time ([5 - 10] days).

Note: While most packages arrive well within this timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or postal disruptions beyond our control.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

 

If you haven’t received your order within [20] business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Since our items are shipped internationally directly to your doorstep in the UK, please be assured that for the vast majority of orders, no extra customs fees or import VAT will be charged upon delivery. However, Paw & Kids is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
